Each tab will display the available entries of each table which become options for you to select from when adding Projects, Permits and Documents. For each tab you will be able to edit the name and description by editing the information displayed in the white edit boxes near the bottom of the screen. Once you have edited the data, click the Update Code button to make the changes take effect in the table above.
To delete an item, first highlight it and then click the Delete Code button. If the item is in use for any project, you will be unable to delete it. To add a new item, click the Clear button which clears all the edit boxes for you to enter a new code, name and description of the item you wish to add. Once entered, click the Add Code button and the new item will appear above. Once all your edits, adds and deletes have been made or as often as you like, but at least once before you close this option screen, click the Apply Changes. If you do not click the Apply Changes button, all edits, adds and deletes will be lost.
Here you can edit the town name, turn on or off the automatic generation of permit numbers and/or inspection numbers.
